Customer Relationship Officer

Eliza De Autoland is seeking a Customer Relationship Officer to handle after-sales customers, serving as the lead point of contact for all customer matters, maintaining relationships, and optimizing sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with assigned key customers' decision makers for after-sales
• Ensure all sales customers assigned are converted to aftersales customers
• Ensure the customer fleet portfolio is managed according to manufacturer standards
• Achieve budgeted revenue for aftersales; develop and own the opportunity funnel
• Coordinate with credit control for monthly reconciliation of key customer accounts, ensuring no outstanding debt beyond approved periods
• Ensure proper services are delivered to customers promptly
• Resolve issues and complaints to maintain trust and relationships
• Prepare regular reports on progress and forecasts with key metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 3–4 years' relevant experience
• Automobile experience and technical knowledge is an added advantage

Salary ₦200,000 monthly net + other benefits
