Training Manager

Catalyst Path Consulting is seeking a dynamic Training Manager to design, implement, and oversee training programs that enhance employee skills, performance, and productivity while aligning learning initiatives with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training strategies based on business needs.
• Identify skill gaps and create employee learning and development plans.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
• Collaborate with department heads to align training with operational goals.
• Manage training budgets and resources.
• Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements.
• Monitor training outcomes and measure training ROI.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in training management or Learning & Development.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• CIPM, SHRM, or relevant L&D certification is an advantage.
• Experience with digital learning platforms and e-learning tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills.
