About the role
Fadac Resources is seeking recent graduates with HND or ND in any STEM discipline to join their Graduate Trainee Program in Ibadan or Port Harcourt. This role offers cross-functional training and development to build future operational and supervisory leaders.
Responsibilities
- Rotate through core operational departments to understand business processes, workflows, and technical frameworks.
- Assist with daily operational tasks, data analysis, and preparation of performance reports.
- Communicate updates, ideas, and feedback between technical processes and team workflows, liaising with supervisors as needed.
- Apply STEM-based logical thinking to troubleshoot operational bottlenecks and improve team efficiency.
- Participate actively in mentorship sessions, training modules, and leadership development exercises.
Requirements
- HND or ND in any STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics).
- Maximum of 3 years’ work experience.
- Must have graduated from a polytechnic in Ibadan or Port Harcourt.
- Must currently reside in Ibadan or Port Harcourt, or have permanent accommodation secured in either location.
Salary ₦200,000–₦250,000 monthly (gross)
