Customer Sales Rep

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Sales Representative to join our team in Alagbado, Lagos. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on direct customer interaction and excels at turning inquiries into positive experiences. Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls and respond promptly to WhatsApp messages with professionalism and clarity.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Engage customers through social media platforms to support sales and service efforts.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
• Represent the brand positively during video or photo-based communications, demonstrating confidence and approachability. Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing sales or service role.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume communication channels including phone, WhatsApp, and social media.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a bold, confident, and camera-friendly demeanor.
• Must reside in Alimosho or Alagbado, Lagos, as this is an on-site position.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude toward customer satisfaction.
