Shoot Coordinator

Role Overview

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing creative shoots from preparation to final delivery, ensuring projects run smoothly and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate shoots, schedules, and production timelines.
• Coordinate models, photographers, videographers, stylists, makeup artists, and vendors.
• Manage shoot logistics, including locations, props, equipment, and transportation.
• Ensure all shoot requirements are ready before production.
• Supervise on-set activities and resolve production issues.
• Follow up on editing and ensure timely delivery of final content.
• Communicate project updates and report delays promptly.
• Maintain organized production records and ensure all deliverables are completed.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and work with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Experience in shoot coordination, production, or project management.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Must reside in Lekki, Lagos, or its environs.
