Crown Interactive is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead the commercial strategy and revenue growth across its business units. The CCO will be responsible for building a disciplined commercial engine, managing sales pipelines, driving strategic accounts, ensuring contract quality, and securing payment mechanisms.

Responsibilities:

• Own the consolidated revenue-growth plan across 1Gov, CuBOSS, CICOD, and the Academy.
• Translate strategy into segment priorities, account plans, and commercial milestones.
• Define commercial models including licensing, subscription, and revenue-share models.
• Maintain qualified and payment-secure pipeline coverage.
• Lead commercial strategy for key government, utility, and enterprise accounts.
• Own bid/no-bid discipline, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
• Ensure pricing reflects value, risk, and required margin.
• Classify opportunities by payment ability and secure revenue routes.
• Own customer-facing commercial collection actions.
