Sales Manager

Starich Recycling Technology Limited is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and grow its sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team, and building strong relationships with customers and distributors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to deliver strong performance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and key customers.
• Identify new markets, customers, and business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer demands.
• Prepare and analyse sales reports, forecasts, and performance results.
• Ensure effective distribution and availability of products across assigned markets.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and overall sales growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the mattress, foam, bedding, or related manufacturing industry.
• Experience with Mouka Foam, Hara Foam, Vitafoam, or similar reputable companies will be an added advantage.
• Must demonstrate strong sales competence, leadership ability, market knowledge, and business development capacity.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to analyse sales data and make sound business decisions.
• Must be 40 years of age or below.
• Must be energetic, target-driven, strategic, and capable of working under pressure.

Salary N200,000 - N400,000 per month.
