About the role
Ayoola Foods Limited is seeking a Quality Control Manager to ensure product quality and compliance in their food manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in the FMCG industry, particularly in flour-based products.
Responsibilities
- Oversee quality control processes in food production.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular testing and analysis of raw materials and finished products.
- Maintain records and report on quality metrics.
Requirements
- HND, BSc, or MSc in Science Laboratory Technology, Food Science and Technology, Microbiology, or a related field.
- Not more than 45 years old.
- Previous experience as a Quality Control Manager in the FMCG industry.
- Experience in a food company, especially one producing flour-based products, is strongly preferred.
