Nigerian Polyvinyl Chloride Products Limited is seeking a competent and detail-oriented QC Inspector to join the Quality Control team. The role involves inspecting raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials, in-process production, and finished products.
• Conduct quality checks and measurements according to specifications.
• Monitor product dimensions, thickness/micron, appearance, and other quality parameters.
• Identify, document, and report defective or non-conforming products.
• Ensure production output meets approved customer and company specifications.
• Carry out routine quality tests and maintain accurate QC records.
• Work closely with Production and other departments to resolve quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with established QC procedures and standards.
• Perform any other quality-related duties assigned by the QC Supervisor/HOD.

Requirements

• OND/HND/B.Sc. in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Industrial Chemistry, Science Laboratory Technology, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in plastic/polythene manufacturing.
• Good knowledge of quality inspection procedures and documentation.
• Ability to work shifts in a manufacturing environment.
• Good attention to detail and strong reporting skills.
• Must be willing to work in Kano and the Challawa Industrial Area.
• Gender: Male preferred.
