Vehicle Assembly Supervisor

Kewalram Chanrai Group is seeking a Vehicle Assembly Supervisor to oversee assembly line operations, coordinate teams and ensure vehicles meet required quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise vehicle assembly line operations and allocate tasks based on targets.
• Ensure process and product quality, inspection and safety standards.
• Maintain quality, inspection, testing and repair records.
• Monitor 5S standards and workplace safety.
• Oversee preventive and periodic equipment maintenance.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly productivity, quality and inventory reports.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in passenger vehicles.
• Support effective team coordination and performance.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of automobile assembly, quality control and inspection.
• Good mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Good computer and communication skills.
• Strong team-building and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage assembly operations and meet production targets.
• Driving skill is mandatory.
