A CCTV Officer is responsible for monitoring and ensuring the safety and security of a 24-hour restaurant. This role involves continuous surveillance, responding to incidents, and maintaining CCTV equipment.

Responsibilities

• Continuously monitoring CCTV footage to ensure safety and security.
• Responding promptly to incidents such as theft or violence, and alerting management and authorities.
• Keeping watch on high-risk areas like entrances, exits, and cash handling areas.
• Deterrent effect, discouraging potential criminals from committing crimes.
• Aiding investigators by providing footage and information related to incidents.
• Regularly checking and maintaining CCTV equipment to ensure optimal function.
• Ensuring footage quality and resolving technical issues.
• Ensuring CCTV usage complies with privacy laws and regulations.
• Documenting and reporting incidents to management and authorities.
