Waitress

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Waitress to join our team. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and take their orders accurately.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
• Attend to customer requests and complaints.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables and the dining area.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
• Support the restaurant team with other duties as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum of SSCE.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, neat, and professional appearance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Previous restaurant experience is an advantage.
