Overview

About this programme

Software developers are among the best-paid professionals in Nigeria, and many work remotely for companies abroad. Getting started can feel confusing, so this programme gives you one clear path: the web. You learn how websites are built, how to make them interactive, and how to connect them to a database.

Over sixteen weeks of live classes you will write code in every session, use the same tools professional teams use, and ship projects to the internet. You finish with a portfolio of deployed apps on GitHub and practice for technical interviews.

By the end you’ll be able to

  • Build responsive websites with HTML and CSS that look good on phones and laptops
  • Write JavaScript to make pages interactive and fetch data from APIs
  • Create a full-stack web app with React, Node.js and a database
  • Use Git and GitHub to manage code and deploy projects online
