About this programme
Companies, NGOs and government programmes all need people who can turn a goal into a plan and keep a team moving. This programme teaches the core of project management in plain language, with live classes, real templates and practice on projects that look like Nigerian workplaces.
You will learn both the classic plan-first way and the Agile way most tech teams use, and get comfortable with the tools employers expect. It also lays the groundwork for certifications such as CAPM or PRINCE2 Foundation if you choose to take them later.
By the end you’ll be able to
- Write a project charter and break the work into a clear task list with owners and dates
- Build a timeline and simple budget, and track progress in Trello, Asana or Excel
- Run a weekly status meeting and a sprint, and report risks to a manager in one page
- Present a full project plan in your portfolio and talk through it confidently in interviews
