About this programme
Product managers sit between customers, designers, engineers and the business. They find the problem worth solving, agree what to build first, and keep everyone moving towards a release. You do not need to code to do this job well, but you do need to think clearly and communicate even better.
Over twelve weeks of live evening classes you will practise the whole cycle on a Nigerian product idea: talking to users, writing a clear brief, planning sprints with a team and measuring whether the release worked. Every class is recorded, so you can catch up on your phone if work or NYSC gets in the way.
By the end you’ll be able to
- Run five user interviews and turn what you hear into a clear problem statement
- Write a one-page product brief and user stories a developer can build from
- Prioritise a backlog and plan a two-week sprint in Jira or Trello
- Choose success metrics for a feature and read the results after launch
