About this programme
Every Nigerian bank, fintech and telco now needs people who can keep hackers out and respond fast when something goes wrong. Cybersecurity analysts watch systems for warning signs, fix weak spots and help staff stay safe online. It is a field where certifications and hands-on practice count as much as a degree.
This fourteen-week live programme starts from the basics of computers and networks, so no technical background is needed. You will work in safe practice labs, investigate realistic incidents and prepare for an entry-level certification such as CompTIA Security+. All classes are recorded for replay.
By the end you’ll be able to
- Explain how networks work and read traffic in Wireshark
- Find and report common weaknesses with tools like Nmap in a safe lab
- Investigate a security alert and write a clear incident report
- Prepare to sit the CompTIA Security+ or ISC2 CC entry exam
