Field Credit & Recovery Officers

FairMoney is hiring Field Credit & Recovery Officers to manage asset finance operations across multiple locations in Nigeria. These roles involve credit assessment and recovery activities, with competitive compensation packages and performance incentives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field-based credit assessments and loan disbursements.
• Monitor and recover overdue accounts through direct engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and repayment status.
• Ensure compliance with FairMoney’s policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be able to ride a motorcycle (for Recovery Officers).
• Proven ability to work independently in remote or rural areas.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel frequently within assigned zones.

Salary

• Field Credit Officers: ₦130,000 net + ₦30,000 transport allowance + ₦15,000 airtime/data + performance bonus.
• Recovery Officers: ₦170,000 net + allowances + performance incentives.
