HR Manager

We are seeking a qualified and experienced HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in industrial catering and related fields.

Responsibilities

• Manage people and lead teams effectively
• Communicate and interact with stakeholders
• Resolve conflicts and negotiate solutions
• Maintain high levels of integrity and confidentiality
• Work under pressure and manage multiple projects/sites

Requirements

• 5-10 years of industrial catering experience
• Previous experience in a similar industry
• Understanding of menu planning and recipe interpretation
• CIPM certification
• Good communication skills in English
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
• Knowledge of catering hygiene standards
