Production Manager

An established fashion house is seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Production Manager to oversee garment production and ensure quality, efficient processes, and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily garment production.
• Manage tailors, pattern makers, cutters, finishers and other production staff.
• Monitor production from fabric preparation and cutting to sewing, finishing and packaging.
• Conduct quality checks and resolve production issues.
• Manage production materials and minimise wastage.
• Track work-in-progress, completed orders and production timelines.
• Maintain production records and prepare reports.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of production equipment.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure accurate execution of designs.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in fashion production or garment manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction and production processes.
• Experience managing tailors and production teams.
• Good knowledge of fabrics, trims and garment finishing.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in production tracking and basic reporting.

Salary ₦200,000 – ₦250,000 monthly
