Zikan Prop Solutions is hiring a Telemarketer to reach out to prospective clients and generate leads for real estate products. The role involves making outbound calls, providing property information, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
• Generate and qualify leads for company real estate products.
• Provide information about properties and ongoing promotions.
• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records.
• Meet and exceed set targets.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead conversion.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / NYSC / Fresh Graduates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must reside within the Lekki–Ajah axis (mandatory).
• Goal-driven, persuasive, and confident.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Available to work full-time.
