Housekeeper / Cleaner

Milestone Hotel is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner / Housekeeper to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
• Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain a pristine environment.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms and toilets to perfection.
• Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and health regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests or concerns.

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role within the hospitality or hotel industry is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to handle guest requests professionally.
• A positive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration.
• Proximity or ability to commute to Ojodu.
