Heavy Duty Operators Trainer

Diamond New Energy (Ganfeng Lithium Industry Limited) is seeking a Heavy Duty Operators Trainer to provide training on heavy-duty mining equipment at their site in Endo Village, Nasarawa LGA, Nasarawa State. The role involves delivering practical and theoretical training, assessing operator competency, and ensuring adherence to HSE standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct practical and theoretical training for heavy-duty equipment operators.
• Assess operators’ skills, performance, and competency.
• Identify unsafe practices and deliver corrective training.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards and safe operating procedures.
• Provide on-site training in a mining environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience operating and training heavy-duty equipment.
• Proven experience training operators on excavators, loaders, graders, dump trucks, and other mining equipment.
• Strong knowledge of heavy-duty machinery operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.
• Ability to work on-site in a demanding mining environment.
• Physically fit and able to work under challenging site conditions.
