Toptal is seeking an Agile Product Manager to own the roadmap, prioritization, and delivery of a digital product initiative within Agile/Scrum frameworks. The role requires close collaboration with engineering teams and a strong understanding of technical execution.

Responsibilities

• Own the product backlog, prioritization, and roadmap using Agile/Scrum practices
• Translate business and stakeholder needs into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Partner closely with engineering teams to scope, sequence, and deliver iteratively
• Define and track success metrics/KPIs for the product area
• Facilitate or support Agile ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews)
• Own AI/Agentic feature delivery — defining how GenAI or agentic capabilities integrate into the product
• Operate as a Technical PM — comfortable in architecture/API-level discussions

Requirements

• Agile Product Management — backlog ownership, iterative delivery, Scrum/Kanban fluency
• Proven Product Manager, Product Owner, or Technical PM experience
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration (engineering, data, business)
• Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into structured, actionable product requirements
