Physiotherapist Nurse - Care Home

A care home in Lagos is seeking a compassionate, responsible, and dedicated Physiotherapist/Nurse to provide quality healthcare and support to residents. The ideal candidate should be committed to residents’ well-being, mobility, rehabilitation, and daily care needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide appropriate nursing care and physiotherapy support within professional qualifications and scope of practice.
• Assist residents with mobility, physical exercises, rehabilitation, and daily living activities.
• Monitor residents’ health conditions and vital signs.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments where qualified and authorised.
• Maintain accurate patient records and document changes in residents’ conditions.
• Support elderly residents and individuals with limited mobility.
• Identify and promptly report health concerns to the appropriate healthcare professional.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and infection prevention standards.
• Work collaboratively with other care staff to ensure residents receive quality care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Physiotherapy with 2-4 years experience
• Valid professional registration and licence, where applicable.
• Previous experience in a care home, hospital, or rehabilitation facility is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassion, patience, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to provide safe, professional, and resident-centred care.

Salary N150,000 / Month
