HSE Instructors

HSE Instructors are responsible for planning and delivering engaging health and safety training to delegates to enable them pass the exams. They also assess and evaluate participants' learning outcomes, maintain accurate training records, and administer training assessments.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging health and safety training to delegates to enable them pass the exams
• Assess and evaluate participants learning outcomes
• Maintain accurate training records
• Administer training assessments

Requirements

• Relevant HSE qualification (like IOSH, Nebosh, OSHA, HSE 1,2&3, First Aid, etc)
• Train-the-trainer certificate
• Experience working as a safety trainer
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Relevant industry experience will be an added advantage (e.g construction, oil and gas, manufacturing, food and beverage, etc)
