Store Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our toy store in Ikoyi, Lagos. The ideal candidate will manage inventory, lead staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the store and ensure smooth business activities.
• Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and ensure accurate stock records.
• Supervise, coordinate, and evaluate store staff to ensure productivity and accountability.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales and inventory reports.
• Ensure customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns are handled professionally.
• Coordinate with the sales, accounts, procurement, and operations teams to ensure efficient workflow.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and professional store environment.
• Perform other duties reasonably assigned by Management.

Requirements

• OND/HND/BSC in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Store Manager, Store Supervisor, or in a similar retail management role.
• Good knowledge of inventory control, stock-taking, and record keeping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, inventory management systems, and other relevant digital tools.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must reside in Ikoyi or its environs.

Salary ₦220,000 – ₦250,000 per month
