Monitoring, Evaluation, Research & Learning (MERL) Officer (Hybrid)

Leadup Foundation for Sustainable Growth and Development is a youth-first, technology-enabled hybrid social enterprise and research organization based in Abuja, Nigeria, that works to improve health, education, and climate resilience for underserved communities.

Responsibilities:

• Support the design, implementation, and evaluation of programs.
• Conduct research and data collection.
• Facilitate learning and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning.
