Job Overview

Craneburg Construction is seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to install, maintain, and repair pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing systems at a property in Osborne, Ikoyi.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in residential or commercial buildings.
• Diagnose plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, low water pressure, and broken parts swiftly.
• Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems, water pumps, and sewage treatment plants to prevent failures.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and building plans to understand the layout of water, waste, and venting systems.
• Install and connect household appliances like washing machines, water heaters, sinks, toilets, and dishwashers.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring installations meet plumbing codes and building standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a professional Plumber (residential or commercial experience preferred).
• Proficiency in using plumbing tools and equipment (e.g., pipe cutters, wrenches, threading machines).
• Deep understanding of water distribution, waste disposal, and drainage systems.
• Ability to lift heavy materials, work in confined spaces, and stand for long periods.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant technical school certification or completion of an official apprenticeship is an added advantage.

Salary

N120,000 – N180,000 per month
