Collection Officer

Aztec Microfinance Bank Limited is seeking customer-focused and responsible Collection Officers to support its collection operations while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Manage collection activities professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of collections and transactions.
• Handle POS-related collection activities.
• Maintain positive and professional relationships with customers.
• Ensure accountability and integrity in all collection activities.
• Work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE; OND is preferred.
• Must be numerate and POS-literate.
• Presentable, courteous, and customer-focused.
• High level of integrity and accountability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain professional independence.
• Relevant experience in hospitality, retail, finance, cash handling, or stock control is an advantage.
• Must not have any family or personal relationship with any Gallery employee or supplier.
