Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and dietary requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
• Manage kitchen operations and support team members as needed.

Requirements

• Proficiency in cooking techniques and food presentation.
• Food safety certification.
• Ability to innovate and follow recipes.
• Capacity to handle kitchen demands and long hours.
• Relevant qualifications with 5–10 years of industrial catering experience.
• Previous experience in a similar industry.
• Understanding of menu planning and recipe interpretation.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
• Knowledge of catering hygiene standards.
