Role Overview

Smart Energies is seeking an Ad Hoc Contract Staff to support customer onboarding and distribution activities. The role involves working in the field, engaging with customers, and ensuring accurate data collection.

Responsibilities

• Register and onboard customers at retailer outlets using the SmartEnergies Subsidy App
• Carry out simple safety checks on cylinders and cookers before handover
• Collect and record customer, sales, and distribution data each day
• Support after-sales follow-up — refill reminders and basic customer support

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE certificate required
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to work flexible field hours
• Comfortable learning to use a smartphone app and simple paper forms
• Friendly, clear communicator — comfortable talking to customers and retailers
• Based in, or able to work in, Badagry
• Able to be on your feet and active during outreach and distribution days.
