Create and manage social media content for Smart Energies, focusing on field coverage, video production, and community storytelling. Responsibilities include capturing high-quality media, creating short-form videos, and managing social media accounts.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photos and videos during LPG cylinder distribution across Badagry wards.
• Create engaging TikToks, Instagram Reels, and Shorts documenting beneficiary stories, retailer onboarding, and safety demonstrations.
• Cover community sensitization, local government engagements, and field operations in real-time.
• Operate smartphone equipment, wireless microphones, and media gear effectively.
• Draft compelling captions, schedule daily/weekly posts, and track audience engagement across SmartEnergies channels.
• Work closely with the Onsite Project Coordinator to upload media assets promptly.

Requirements

• Proven experience in smartphone photography, mobile video editing (CapCut, Canva, Premiere, etc.), and storytelling.
• Strong understanding of trends, hashtags, and engagement tactics for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Confident and friendly when interviewing community members, retailers, and beneficiaries in English, Yoruba, or Egun.
• Self-motivated, punctual, organized, and capable of working active field hours across multiple locations.
• A portfolio or links to active social media pages showing video editing and content creation work.
