Country Manager

Hobark International Limited is seeking a Country Manager to provide strategic leadership across the Nigerian business. The role involves driving commercial growth, ensuring operational performance, managing financial results, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial growth and operational performance
• Ensure financial results and regulatory compliance
• Strengthen client relationships and identify new growth opportunities
• Develop local talent and ensure safe, efficient, and profitable operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Maritime Studies, Logistics, Operations Management or a related field
• MBA or Master's degree is an advantage
• 18+ years of leadership experience in maritime, offshore, oil & gas, logistics or related industries
• Proven experience leading a country operation, business unit or large-scale operational function
• Strong track record in P&L management, commercial growth and strategic client management
• Strong understanding of marine, offshore, regulatory and governance requirements
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, stakeholder management and financial acumen
• Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams and manage risk effectively
