ENTOURAGE INTEGRATED TRUST LIMITED is seeking a Field Auditor to bring a systematic and disciplined approach to the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes. The role involves conducting audits, identifying risks, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present reports that reflect the audit's results and document the process
• Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality, and goal achievement
• Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures
• Maintain open communication with management and the audit committee
• Document the process and prepare an audit findings memorandum
• Conduct follow-up audits to monitor management’s interventions
• Engage in continuous knowledge development regarding the sector's rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques, and performance standards
• Keep a check on processes and regulations
• Ensuring staff compliance with company policies and regulations
• Travel to different states for auditory reviews and assessments
• Provide a qualitative and quantitative evaluation based on empirical data findings
• Providing solutions to the company's internal problems

Requirements

• Proven work experience as an auditor in a microfinance or lending company
• Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software, and databases
• Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules, and regulations
• Close attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
• Sound independent judgement
• Meticulous attention to detail
• A strong aptitude for math
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• A keen interest in the financial system
• Ability to work to deadlines under pressure
• Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including strong presentation and report-writing skills
• HND/BSc degree in accounting, banking & finance, or a related field

Salary Starting Salary: ₦174,000
