Cifman College is seeking qualified teachers to join their team. The role involves preparing lesson plans, analyzing student needs, and using modern teaching techniques.

Responsibilities

• Understanding curriculum requirements, and creating syllabi, lesson plans, and educational content that satisfy these requirements.
• Analyzing the needs, strengths, and weaknesses of students and structuring lessons and assessments around them.
• Adjusting teaching methods to suit different groups of learners.
• Incorporating social skill learning into the learners' class activities.

Requirements

• N.C.E, HND, BSC, or master's degree in the field or any other related discipline.
• Relevant experience in preparing students in private schools, for external examinations (SSCE, JSCE).
• Applicable understanding of the use of 21st-century teaching techniques in or out of the classroom.
• Essential social and interpersonal skills required within the school community.
