Driver /​ Dispatch Rider

We are seeking a reliable and responsible Driver/Dispatch Rider to join our Logistics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe, prompt, and efficient transportation and delivery of pharmaceutical products and other assigned items to customers, vendors, and business partners.

Responsibilities

• Ensure prompt pickup and delivery of pharmaceutical products to pharmacies, hospitals, and customers.
• Verify delivery contents, obtain acknowledgments/signatures, and collect payments or cheques when required.
• Conduct routine checks and basic maintenance of the assigned vehicle/motorcycle.
• Comply with all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation.
• Handle sensitive and temperature-controlled pharmaceutical items with care.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service.
• Assist with loading and unloading items safely.
• Report mechanical issues or incidents promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE).
• Valid rider’s permit/license (Class A).
• 1–2 years’ experience as a dispatch rider.
• Good knowledge of Lagos road networks and routes.
• Excellent time management and reliability.
• Basic motorcycle maintenance knowledge.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of integrity and responsibility.
