Sunfi is seeking a Customer Success Analyst to join their team in Lagos, Nigeria. This role involves supporting customers and ensuring their satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Manage multiple customer inquiries and tasks while maintaining service quality
• Use digital support tools to assist customers

Requirements

• B.Sc./HND
• Minimum 1 year of customer support experience in fintech or a fast-growing tech start-up
• Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Google Suite and digital support tools
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing customer needs
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
