Social Media & Marketing Manager

A building materials company is seeking a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Social Media & Marketing Manager to drive brand visibility, customer acquisition, sales, and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify target customers, determine how to reach and convince them, and measure marketing results to increase visibility, enquiries, and sales.
• Promote HDF wooden doors, wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, and other interior products through social media and other marketing channels.
• Generate and convert leads while building partnerships with architects, interior designers, and property developers to expand the customer base and drive sales.

Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• At least 3 years' relevant experience in social media, marketing, or business development.
• Strong skills in social media marketing, sales, and customer acquisition.
• Confident use of AI tools and modern digital marketing techniques.
• Proven ability to generate leads, convert customers, and drive sales.
• Creative, proactive, ambitious, and results-driven, with the ability to take ownership of business growth.

Salary ₦120,000/month + Commission
