CircleCI is reinventing CI/CD with AI, and we're looking for a Software Engineer to help shape the future of developer workflows. You'll build AI-native tools, own full-stack features, and work on interfaces that redefine how developers interact with their pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-natively by integrating AI into problem-solving and development workflows.
• Invent new interfaces for software delivery that bridge autonomous pipelines and human judgment.
• Own the full stack by building features end-to-end in Go, React, and TypeScript.
• Obsess over craft by prioritizing reliability and responsiveness in your work.
• Champion observability by using tools like Honeycomb, Datadog, and Rollbar to improve system stability.
• Pick up slack by identifying and closing gaps in the system without being asked.

Requirements

• AI-native engineering practices: You use AI tools daily and can speak to their impact on your workflow.
• A track record of shipping: 3+ years of production full-stack experience.
• Full-stack depth: Strong React and TypeScript, with comfort in Go for backend services.
• System design: Ability to think about architecture and make conscious tradeoffs.
• Production mindset: Focus on latency, responsiveness, and reliability in distributed systems.

Salary $127,000 - $159,000 CAD annually
