Lead and develop a team of Product Managers responsible for critical internal technology domains such as Finance, People, Sales, Billing, and AI & Automation. Define and evolve the product-management operating model, establish cohesive portfolio strategy, and drive cross-functional initiatives to scale internal platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers across multiple domains.
• Define and evolve the product-management operating model.
• Establish a cohesive portfolio strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Partner with Engineering leadership on technical and product strategy.
• Drive portfolio-level prioritization and investment decisions.
• Identify and manage dependencies across domains.
• Coach Product Managers to deeply understand customers and systems.
• Ensure product strategies are grounded in measurable outcomes.
• Communicate portfolio strategy and investment decisions clearly to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, preferably in enterprise or internal systems.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience with financial systems, sales operations, and data platforms.
• Ability to manage complex cross-functional projects.
• Strategic thinker with a focus on long-term platform evolution.
