Caring Habitat is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation hospital that delivers robust rehabilitation programs to support patient health outcomes. The Physiotherapist will be responsible for providing physiotherapy consultations, developing care plans, conducting daily sessions, and maintaining clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Physiotherapy consultations to inpatients and outpatients.
• Responsible for initial review of new patients for admission and proposing physiotherapy care plan.
• Daily physiotherapy sessions also for inpatients and outpatients.
• Clinical documentation.
• Preparation of clinical reports, discharge summaries etc.
• Preparation of physiotherapy reports cascaded for management’s decision.
• Any other delegated responsibility as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelors of Physiotherapy
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Physiotherapy
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and able to work independently

Salary

• Net salary: ₦250,000
