Circulation Executive

Responsible for managing the daily distribution of Vanguard Newspapers to agents and vendors, ensuring prompt payment for sold copies, preparing weekly returns with attached payments, and maintaining zero tolerance for debt. Also tasked with reporting on station activities, developing the newspaper's reach in the region, and maintaining effective communication across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Receive and redistribute Vanguard Newspapers on a daily basis to agents and vendors.
• Receive unsold copies at designated intervals and ensure prompt payment for quality sold.
• Prepare returns with attached payments on a weekly basis.
• Ensure zero tolerance for debt.
• Report on all platforms, activities of the station.
• Develop and expand Vanguard's reach in the region.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND in Business Management, Marketing or any other Social Science related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proactive & innovative in research aimed at achieving set targets and organizational objectives.
• Prompt attention to instruction and execution.
• Must be fluent in Pidgin English, Urhobo & Itsekiri languages.
