Store Officer

Responsible for managing the receipt, inspection, and storage of raw materials and finished products, as well as coordinating dispatch and distribution. Ensures proper inventory control and maintains accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming raw materials and finished products.
• Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment requests when necessary.
• Ensure proper storage conditions for raw materials and finished products.
• Coordinate dispatch and distribution of finished products where applicable.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Purchasing and Supply or any social science courses.
• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in a similar position.
• Experience in FMCG and regulated industries will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of inventory control principles and warehouse management.
• Strong numerical and record-keeping skills.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
