Senior Narrative & Gender Analyst

AIDHealth Inc. is seeking a Senior Narrative & Gender Analyst to support its mission of advancing health equity for marginalized populations. The role involves developing and implementing narrative strategies, integrating gender considerations into program design, and ensuring that all initiatives are inclusive and impactful.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement narrative strategies that align with AIDHealth's mission and goals.
• Integrate gender analysis into program design, implementation, and evaluation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure inclusive and equitable programming.
• Produce reports and documentation that highlight gender-related insights and outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Gender Studies, Social Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in gender analysis, program design, or narrative development.
• Strong understanding of gender dynamics in humanitarian and development contexts.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Experience working with NGOs or international organizations.
