The Head of Nursery will lead and manage the nursery department at Beautiful Beginning Academy, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children. The role involves overseeing daily operations, developing educational programs, and supporting the growth and development of both staff and students.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the nursery department.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs.
• Support and mentor nursery staff.
• Ensure a safe and stimulating learning environment for children.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education or related field.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.

Salary

• N400,000 - N500,000 per month.
