Dairy Milk Line Operator

A Dairy Milk Line Operator is responsible for monitoring and operating the fully automated dairy production line, ensuring quality consistency and maintaining hygiene standards. The role involves troubleshooting, process control, and shift work.

Responsibilities

• Remotely monitor and control the fully automated dairy production line (pre-treatment, batching, pasteurization/UHT, CIP) via the SCADA/DCS system.
• Execute product recipes and process parameters to ensure batch-to-batch quality consistency.
• Identify system alarms, perform emergency adjustments, and coordinate with on-site workers to resolve issues.
• Operate the automated CIP system to clean tanks and pipelines while maintaining strict hygiene standards.
• Follow shift handover protocols and log production data accurately.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Food Science, Bioengineering, Automation, or related fields.
• Proficient in computer operations and familiar with DCS/SCADA systems or industrial automation control software.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in fermentation, pre-treatment, or batching/blending workshops of well-known large-scale food brands.
• Experience in the dairy or beverage industry is a strong plus.
• Hands-on experience or good understanding of central control operations on fully automated production lines.
• Age 25–30 years old with the right balance of experience and energy for shift work.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including night shifts.
