Digital Marketing & Content Executive

Busybreakfast is a growing Nigerian breakfast FMCG brand looking for a Digital Marketing & Content Executive to turn attention into sales. This role involves managing social media content, running Meta ad campaigns, and driving customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Keep a simple weekly content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Write captions and promotional messages in the Busybreakfast voice
• Plan photo and video shoots around the product, the kitchen, and customers
• Reuse customer reviews and photos
• Set up and run Meta ad campaigns within an approved budget
• Test different ads and offers to drive real purchases
• Convert Instagram and WhatsApp enquiries into orders
• Run campaigns that bring back past customers
• Look for creators and partnership opportunities
• Update content calendar, campaign, and ad-results forms every week
• Watch competitors and customer feedback, and share insights with the founder
• Work with the Sales & Distribution Officer on launches and outlet promotions

Requirements

• Experience running social media or ads for a consumer brand (food, beauty, fashion, lifestyle)
• Ability to write good captions and short promotional copy
• Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager basics
• Ability to create clean designs in Canva or similar tools
• Basic understanding of numbers: spend, clicks, orders, cost per customer
• Organized and self-driven
• Must live in or very close to Igbogbo, Ikorodu (onsite on Wednesdays)

Salary ₦120,000 per month, depending on experience and proven results
