Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to ensure the seamless operation of electrical, power distribution, automation, and control systems on a large-scale poultry farm in Elele, Rivers State. The ideal candidate will maintain critical infrastructure, support solar energy systems, and uphold safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical and power distribution systems
• Manage and maintain solar power installations, repairs, and operations
• Conduct inspections and testing of electrical equipment to meet safety and regulatory standards
• Perform design modifications and recommend equipment repairs
• Ensure uninterrupted farm operations and animal welfare through reliable electrical systems

Requirements

• HND or B.Eng. in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in an organized company
• Proven experience in solar power systems (installation, repair, management) is compulsory
• Experience in designing, assembling, and repairing diverse electrical machines
• Ability to create testing procedures and maintenance plans for electronic equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Leadership skills and high integrity
• Must be ready to interview and resume immediately
