Ploutos Asset Management is seeking a skilled Portfolio Manager to support the Managing Director in developing and implementing investment strategies, managing client portfolios, conducting investment research, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role involves monitoring portfolio performance, risk management, and contributing to business growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement investment strategies aligned with clients’ objectives and firm goals.
• Conduct financial modeling, company valuation, market research, and investment analysis.
• Manage and monitor investment portfolios, assess performance against benchmarks, and recommend rebalancing.
• Identify and manage investment risks while ensuring compliance with SEC regulations.
• Prepare investment proposals, performance reports, and market outlooks.
• Monitor developments in capital markets, equities, and fixed income.
• Support product development, client relationship management, and fund mobilization.
• Maintain proper investment documentation and adhere to governance frameworks.

Requirements

• Master's Degree.
• Eligibility to serve as an SEC-sponsored individual.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in asset management, portfolio management, investment banking, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance, financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment research.
• Demonstrable experience in investment decision-making, portfolio monitoring, and risk management.
• Understanding of Nigeria’s capital market and SEC regulations.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and report-writing skills.
• CFA, CIS, or other relevant finance credentials are an advantage.
