Fin is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive the adoption of its cutting-edge AI agent, Fin, and revolutionize how enterprises scale customer support. This role involves full-cycle sales ownership, championing AI transformation, and acting as a customer advocate.

Responsibilities

• Champion AI transformation by driving the adoption of Fin with enterprise clients.
• Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close with a consultative approach.
• Act as the voice of the customer, collaborating with Product, Marketing, and other teams to refine the AI-agent offering.
• Create and deliver customized demos that showcase the unique value of Fin as an AI agent.
• Provide timely, accurate forecasts and ensure visibility into the sales pipeline and performance.
• Mentor peers, share best practices, and lead innovative projects to up-level the sales team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as an Account Executive, with at least 3 years selling SaaS solutions to enterprise clients.
• Proven track record of outbounding and creating the majority of your pipeline and revenue.
• Familiarity with AI-powered solutions, customer engagement tools, or support automation products.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex AI solutions.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment managing opportunities across diverse industries.
• Skilled at building trust and creating value in competitive sales landscapes.
• Displays intellectual curiosity, ambition, and a commitment to personal and team development.

Salary

• OTE salary range: $351,000 to $390,000 for San Francisco Bay Area and New York; $315,000 to $351,000 in Washington and Chicago; $298,350 to $331,500 in Colorado.
